Oxygen requires a prescription from a healthcare provider.  Your doctor will then determine through testing whether oxygen is needed and how often.  Oxygen levels need to be at or below 88% to qualify.

Once a prescription is obtained from your healthcare provider we can contact your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
